Samobor Salami Day

The making of salami, sausages, and other cured meat products is a big tradition in Samobor, cherished by every family in this beautiful small town. The first Salami Days were held end of '80s, and today it is an international event visited by more than a thousand people. The event is getting more and more popular with both the visitors and exhibitors. The town of Samobor has one of the richest gastronomic offers - bermet, muštarda, cremeschnitte, traditional dry sausage, and Samobor salami, which became the first trademark of this town. The recipe of the salami hasn't changed in decades.
